Whether you’re an experienced hiker or a beginner, this retreat welcomes all skill levels and offers a variety of activities to suit everyone’s preferences (all activities are optional). FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I room with a friend?
Yes, we can try our best to accommodate any room requests. Please email me directly (hello@adventurewiththecooks.com) after both of you book so I can make a note. This cannot be guaranteed though.
What fitness level do I need to have?
You should be able to hike on uneven terrain for 3-4 miles with plenty of rest and water breaks. All activities are optional, but some may include easy water crossings, guided beginner rappelling, and more. Please reach out to me by email if you have any questions!
What are the differences in accommodations?
The glamping tents come with 1 or 2 queen beds, a full private bathroom, ac/heating and power, microwave, coffeemaker, electric stove, small fridge/freezer, propane grill, fire pit, and sitting area.
The yurts come with 1 or 2 king beds, a full private bathroom, ac/heating and power, microwave, coffeemaker, electric stove, small fridge/freezer, propane grill, fire pit, and sitting area.
The Treehouse Tiny Home comes with a king bed with a skylight, a full private bathroom, ac/heating and power, a microwave, coffeemaker, electric stove, small fridge/freezer, propane grill, and deck.
What meals are included? And can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
2 dinners, 1 lunch, and 2 breakfasts are included! We will chat more in detail about options after booking, but rest assured, there will be something for everyone!
What if I need to cancel?
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made by 3:00pm five (5) full days prior to the check-in date, which is September 8, 2023, of the reservation (date/time measured in the time zone where the listing is located).
For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancellation must be made by 3:00pm the previous Sunday. If You cancel less than five (5) days in advance, the first night and 50% of the remaining nights on the reservation are non-refunda
What should I bring?
You will receive a full packing list before the trip!
What is the age range of women?
This retreat is for any women 18 years of age and older. I estimate the average age will be 22-45 but everyone is welcome!
How do I get there?
We will not provide transportation to and from the hotel. You will be responsible for getting yourself to the accommodation by 4 pm on Friday and leaving at check out on Sunday. There is a shuttle from the Las Vegas airport to Zion, if this is something you are looking at please contact me and we can work on picking you up from the Zion drop-off location. Any questions please contact me! The two airport options would be Salt Lake City or Las Vegas.
